Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the courier.
For missing or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.
We will assist where possible, but refunds cannot be issued for courier-confirmed deliveries.

Damaged or Defective Items
